Terms and conditions for the booking of model appointments

This page (together with the documents referred to on it) sets out the terms and conditions under which we provide the model appointments listed on our booking system (booking system). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a model appointment from the booking system. You should understand that by booking any of our model appointments, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference.

Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to book an appointment from the site.


The appointments are supplied by our training providers and practitioners at Faces Aesthetics Training Academy Limited. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13444207 and with our registered company at 16 Horsemarket Street, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 1XL.



Your booking constitutes a request to us to reserve an appointment for you on our booking system with a specific date and time. All bookings are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming that an appointment has been reserved for you on the booking system. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the booking confirmation.

The contract will relate only to those appointments for which we have provided a booking confirmation and the full amount stated on the booking system has been paid prior to booking.


Prior to your appointment booking full payment is required in full for the treatment, this will reserve you an appointment on your chosen date and time. This is to ensure we secure model appointments for our paying students that will be attending the course and require models for the certification of this.


All model appointment fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your appointment has been booked and balance has been paid, you will be allocated a date and time during our training course for our students to provide treatments for their case studies. Therefore, we remain liable to provide models for our students to ensure their training has been accessed and completed. Non-refundable payments are implemented to ensure the guarantee the models required to complete case studies and training.

Faces Aesthetics and Training Academy is unable to offer refunds for cancellations out of our control i.e adverse weather conditions, terrorist attacks, flooding, industrial action. An alternative appointment date will be offered.

In the event that you cannot attend your appointment due to needing COVID-19 testing or self-isolation, you will be offered free rescheduling upon producing an official NHS text or email notification confirming a booked test, positive test result or NHS Test & Trace notification of required self-isolation dated to coincide with booked appointment date.

Appointments will be non-refundable however rescheduling to the next available date once you are free from symptoms/isolation will be arranged.


Faces Aesthetics & Training Academy must be notified of any cancellation for any reason 48 hours prior to the appointment time and date. This is to ensure that the appointment scheduled for our student can be recovered in time for the training date. All appointment deposits are non refundable.


In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required); of a confirmed appointment date notified prior to the confirmed appointment date and time, a request for a transfer will be considered at the discretion of Faces Aesthetics & Training Academy (subject to availability). If successful, an administration fee of £25.00 per appointment will be charged. Non-attendance where no prior notice is given will be handled at the discretion of Faces Aesthetics & Training Academy and may result in loss of full appointment fees.

Should you be unable to attend a confirmed appointment for medical reasons, a valid medical certificate covering your name and day of the appointment will be required to waive the fee to reschedule. Under medical or compassionate circumstances (proof of which may be required) and where immediate rescheduling might not be possible; the payment of the appointment may be placed on file as a gesture of goodwill. Appointments will be valid towards student model appointments only and run for a period of up to 6 months from the date of issue at which time the appointment fees would be forfeited. No refund of appointment fees can be issued.


Model appointments are transferable to an alternative model. Please ensure the transferable appointment is made giving the correct name of the person attending the appointment at the time of making payment. Amendments to this will be free of charge unless booked for Anti-Wrinkle or Dissolve appointments, a £30 fee will be chargeable to cover prescription cost fees for these transferable appointments must be notified 7 days before the booked appointment date and time to ensure replacement prescriptions have been prescribed. Treatments will not be carried out and loss of appointment fees will occur should we not receive notice within the 7 day period.

In the event that Faces Aesthetics & Training should have to cancel the training course your appointment is confirmed for, for reasons outside of our control; We will endeavor to give models at least 24 hours’ notice of any cancellation by telephone and/or email. Please be aware that the purpose of model appointments is for students that are training and not yet qualified in the specific areas. We cannot guarantee the results of the procedure. By acknowledging our model T&C’s you are hereby agreeing that Faces Aesthetics & Training Academy cannot take responsibility for the results achieved following the procedure. Payments made are non-refundable.

However, in the event of an emergency or an urgent correction that is effecting your health, we advise you contact us as soon as possible to ensure the correct steps are taken to resolve any issues from the procedure. If the correction is non health related we will arrange for a new appointment for you with one of our trained practitioner however a full additional treatment price will apply.


Please arrive at the training academy 15 minutes before your start time. This is to ensure anesthetics/consultations can be completed prior to your appointment. Please not your schedule appointment duration may vary due to the treatment being carried out by students. If you arrive 10 minutes later than your confirmed appointment time, you will be refused entry to the appointment. This is to avoid disruption for students on the course.

In the event that you are late arriving in the morning and refused entry, please contact our Bookings Team to reschedule by emailing – Please note a fee of £25 will apply to reschedule your appointment.

Please therefore ensure you allow sufficient time for travelling to your appointment. Make use of Google maps on smart phone or print map/directions from our website when planning your journey beforehand, to assist you to locate the clinic on the appointment day.


Bookings for appointments are made by contacting our bookings team by either telephone or email. Once a confirmed time and date has been given you will receive an email of our payment details for full payment for the appointment, only once full payment has been made will your appointment be confirmed via our booking system (Fresha) via email/text. Once you have booked your appointment you will receive an email/ text confirmation within 24 hours to confirm the booking (for bookings made within office hours. Outside of these hours, confirmation will be sent on the next working day).

Model appointment bookings are not taken directly on our booking system (Fresha), please note that your booking is not confirmed until a Confirmation email/text has been sent by our Booking Team to acknowledge your appointment.
