When booking the course your deposit will be taken the remaining balance is due on the day of your chosen date of practical sessions. One deposit is paid you will receive access to your online portal prior to your the course. For full terms and conditions see the main website menu and choose the student option. By booking the course you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. Both deposits and remaining payment are non-refundable.

Booking important Info:

On the day of your practical training you will need to bring proof of your pre requisite entry to the training course. Please ensure you bring with you digital copies or physical copies of your previous certifications if there is pre-requisites for your training course. Failure to bring these documents will result in cancellation of your course. Upon attending the clinic these will be checked by your trainer to ensure you meet the entry requirements.

How do I know my level of entry?

The course details include entry requirement details. Each individual needs to be reviewed on an individual basis looking at your experience and qualifications. Please bring a copy / online copy of your certificate with you on your day of training or 01925 649963 for more information.
With the regulated courses do I need to travel to you regularly?

The courses are broken down into guided learning hours and home study. You would initially complete the theoretical home study, assignments and short answer questions before you come to complete your practical assessments. Throughout the home study you will be supported by your 1-2-1 tutor.
How do I access the course content?

Upon enrolment you will have access to our online portal where you can view all of the course material and submit your work to your tutor for marking. You will be emailed a link after checkout, please check your junk.
Are regulated courses mandatory?

Currently- No. However, Aesthetic regulations are currently being reviewed by Government and it could possibly become mandatory in the future.

DO I BRING MY OWN MODELS TO INCLINIC COURSES

No- we arrange this for you. If you do have any friends or family who want to be a model please get in touch and let us know.
Can I fail my course on my course day?

On your inclinic course days your tutor will be assessing your practical work and if the tutor feels you do not meet the standards required you will be offered another course date to come back and complete more training until the tutor is happy the standards have been met. This is a very rare circumstance as we strive to ensure you are fully competent after your scheduled training but we want to ensure you are fully competent when leaving our academy.
Do I need to do anything before an inclinic course?

When you book a place on your chosen course you will receive all your study material instantly on a downloadable link. You will need to complete this before attending for your practical sessions. The assessor will mark your work prior to the practical days to assess any strengths and weaknesses to plan your practical days accordingly.
How do I gain my certificate after an online course?

Upon completion you will need to fill the questionnaire documents which come with the training videos. Our team of assessors will then mark this and provide feedback. Your certificate will then be sent via email.
